Spring 2026 Academic Probation and Suspension Information<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
May 12, 2026<\/strong><\/td>\nGrades will be posted and academic suspension\/probation calculated.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
May 12-13, 2026<\/strong><\/td>\nSuspension<\/strong> letters will be mailed to the student\u2019s current mailing address and emailed to the student\u2019s Missouri Western email account.\u00a0 Summer and Fall 2026 schedules will be dropped for students who are academically suspended.\u00a0 Probation<\/strong> letters will be emailed to the student\u2019s Missouri Western email account.\u00a0 Students on academic probation should carefully review the Table of Academic Standards for GPA requirements.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
May 15, 2026 at 8:00am<\/strong><\/td>\nDeadline for students who are academically suspended to complete and submit an online suspension appeal form<\/a><\/strong><\/span>.\u00a0 Refer to the Guidelines for Review listed below regarding required appeal content.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
May 19, 2026<\/strong><\/td>\nAcademic Regulations and Standards Committee meets to review academic suspension appeals.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
May 20-21, 2026<\/strong><\/td>\nLetters and emails are sent to the student\u2019s current mailing address and the student\u2019s Missouri Western email account with appeal results.\u00a0 Students who are approved for reinstatement may re-register in Summer and\/or Fall 2026 classes through Goldlink.\u00a0 Contact the Registrar\u2019s Office for assistance.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/div>
