In these cases, the degree requirement will show <a href=\"https:\/\/intranet.missouriwestern.edu\/registrar\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2018\/02\/MOCO-met.png\">met<\/a> in Griffon GPS.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Who needs to satisfy the Missouri Constitution degree requirement?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Students with IB, AP, or CLEP credit for HIS 140, 141, 150, 151 or PSC 101. Griffon GPS does not show this degree requirement <a href=\"https:\/\/intranet.missouriwestern.edu\/registrar\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2018\/02\/MOCO-not-met.png\">met<\/a>, although the general studies course shows satisfied.<\/li>\n<li>Students with transfer credit for HIS 140, 141, 150, 151 or PSC 101. Griffon GPS does not show this degree requirement <a href=\"https:\/\/intranet.missouriwestern.edu\/registrar\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2018\/02\/MOCO-not-met.png\">met<\/a>, although the general studies course shows satisfied.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How can the Missouri Constitution degree requirement be met at Missouri Western? In one of three ways:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Successfully complete one of the following courses at Missouri Western: HIS 140, HIS 141, HIS 150, HIS 151 or PSC 101 <strong>OR<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Enroll in and successfully complete PSC 111 <em>Understanding the Missouri Constitution<\/em> (1 credit hour) at Missouri Western (primarily for transfer students) <strong>OR<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Successfully complete the Missouri Constitution Competency Test (available to degree-seeking students only)<strong>. <\/strong>To register for the test click below.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-button-wrapper\"><style type=\"text\/css\">.fusion-button.button-1 {border-radius:0px;}<\/style><a class=\"fusion-button button-flat fusion-button-default-size button-default button-1 fusion-button-default-span fusion-button-default-type\" target=\"_self\" href=\"https:\/\/missouriwestern.instructure.com\/enroll\/4GMYPA \"><span class=\"fusion-button-text\">Enroll Now<\/span><\/a><\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-bottom:20px;width:100%;\"><div class=\"fusion-separator-border sep-double\" style=\"border-color:#e0dede;border-top-width:0px;border-bottom-width:0px;\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\" style=\"transform:translate3d(0,0,0);\"><p><strong>Important Test-out Information:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>There will be 75 random questions from a test bank.<\/li>\n<li>90 minutes will be allowed to complete the test.<\/li>\n<li>Correctly answer 45 or more questions out of 75 to pass the test.<\/li>\n<li>The test may be taken up to 3 times and is free of charge. New questions will be asked on each test.
