Academic advising and course registration are key steps in your academic journey. Below you will find a wealth of important information about that process.
Ready to pick your classes for next semester? Follow these steps!
MEET WITH YOUR ADVISOR
Advisors typically reach out to students with information about how to make an advising appointment ahead of the 8th week of the semester. Advisors may ask you to make an appointment using Navigate360, Google Calendar, or some other method.
All degree-seeking students are assigned an academic advisor who can assist with semester class selection. Currently-enrolled students in the groups below are required to meet with their academic advisor to obtain a 4-digit Alternate PIN before they can enroll in courses for the next semester.
- Freshmen
- Sophomores
- Students on academic probation
- Student-athletes
- International Students
Advisors will post your 4-digit Alternate PIN in Griffon GPS after you meet for advisement.
Juniors, seniors, and graduate students in good academic standing are not required to meet with their advisor, though we still recommend doing so.
ENROLL ON YOUR REGISTRATION DATE
Registration for continuing students typically begins during the 10th week of the Fall and Spring semesters. Summer and Fall 2026 registration begins on the date listed for each group below.

- Monday, March 9 (7 a.m.)
