The CAS provides trained peer tutors who assist with writing assignments in all academic disciplines at Missouri Western.
Tutors deliver constructive feedback and give students tools and strategies to brainstorm, draft, revise, and polish their writing. It is the goal of every tutor to help students improve and grow as writers!
Writing tutors can help students with:

Our tutors work with students one-on-one for half-hour sessions, focusing on any aspect of the writing process. In addition, students can submit papers online via TracCloud and have a tutor review their assignment and provide feedback within 2 business days. Handouts covering a variety of writing topics are available for student use are also available in print or digitally.
