Pathways to Academic Success Students (PASS) is an academic recovery program for students who are on academic probation after their first semester as a full-time student. Students are placed on academic probation if their overall grade-point average (GPA) drops below 2.0. This course does not have a fee/cost and will not factor into the student’s GPA.
PASS is designed to help students:
- Understand and utilize university resources that are available to help students succeed.
- Have knowledge of the appropriate academic skills necessary to successfully compete at the collegiate level.
- Create strong study habits
- Develop an understanding for holistic wellness as it pertains to academic success.
- Assess and develop study skills, critical thinking skills, and strategies for academic success.
